Malcom has found himself in hot water at Bordeaux, which could help or hinder a potential move to Arsenal, depending on which way it’s looked at.
There’s been confidence in the player’s entourage that a transfer to Arsenal can be pushed through this month, according to claims from Brazil, even though Bordeaux have been talking publicly against a deal.

On Wednesday morning the Ligue 1 club have released a statement saying the three Brazilians have been called in for a ‘disciplinary interview’ and will have to explain their actions.
The result of the meetings could potentially lead to a fine or suspension, and Arsenal will be watching proceedings closely in case it has any impact on their attempts to sign Malcom in the January window.
