According to reports in France, both Blackburn and Sunderland are interested in signing Adam Boujamaa.

The 20-year-old, currently contracted to Béziers in France, has yet to sign a professional contract with the Ligue 2 side, and could do so in England, state France Football.

The French magazine state the young attacking midfielder has ‘offers’ from Championship and League One, with both the Black Cats and Blackburn reportedly interested.

Any transfer to either the Stadium of Light or Ewood Park would only take place at the end of the season, which we’re guessing is when his youth contract with Béziers is set to run out.

As things stand, the Ligue 2 are currently 18th in their division in what would be the relegation playoff spot, two points behind Valenciennes above them, and the same number above Nancy in 19th.

Prior to signing for Béziers, the 20-year-old was with local side Colomiers and Ligue 1 side Guingamp
