Bild like throwing transfer bombs the way of English football fans and they have done once again in their Wednesday newspaper.

Claiming that Arsene Wenger wants Julian Draxler, something wheeled out repeatedly in recent years, Bild wonder whether Arsene Wenger will pay what it takes to get a deal done.

There seems to be a little more to this than some other cliams about Draxler, even if the article is very short indeed.

Bild have actually spoken to Wolfsburg’s sporting manager Klaus Allofs, who told them that he needed to talk over a few things with Draxler’s agent: “Clearly, we have a lot to talk about. There were a few issues that have emerged from the past.”

The agent is Roger Wittmann. He doesn’t only represent Draxler at Wolfsburg, but also Luiz Gustavo, Ricardo Rodriguez and Vieirinha. There was a meeting held on Tuesday to discuss the players and their futures, but Bild are leaning most heavily on Draxler.

A transfer is possible for all of the players, according to the German newspaper, but of course it could end up with all of them staying.

Having spoken to Allofs, Bild then confidentally state that the price which would tempt Wolfsburg into a sale is €60m.
