Chelsea are back to being linked to Dynamo Moscow star Arsen Zakharyan.

The information actually comes from France, where a story from L’Equipe looks at Mykhaylo Mudryk before naming a few other players to look out for.

It’s said the 19-year-old has been drawing the interest from several European sides, and Chelsea seem to be in the lead to land him very soon.

According to L’Equipe, Zakharyan ‘came very close’ to making a move to the Blues in the summer window.

Following the failed operation, it’s said some believe the London club ‘will seek to complete’ the deal in the January window.

The story makes many compliments to the player, pointing out his ‘intelligence’ and also calling him an ‘accelerator’, as he’s labelled as a ‘modern conductor’.

There’s just no information on how much the winger’s move would cost in January.

An offer from Chelsea had indeed been reported on the 1st of September, when it was claimed by Dynamo Moscow themselves that a ‘number of technical reasons’ made the transfer impossible in the summer.

Now it seems the Blues have plenty of time to get that done and make sure all avenues are explored to ensure it goes over the line
