Barcelona have found an agreement for the signing of Francisco Trincão from Braga, according to the Portuguese media.
O Jogo is one of the outlets who are reporting the deal. They say the Catalan side are paying €31m for the transfer, being €30m for his release clause and another €1m for the solidarity mechanism payment.
But Trincão isn’t moving now, since he’s staying at Braga until the end of the season and only completing a move to Camp Nou in the summer.
Meanwhile, Braga are also getting something. Barcelona are sending them Abel Ruiz on a loan spell until the end of the season.
At the end of the spell, the Portuguese side will have a clause forcing them to buy the player for €8m. This amount will be spliy over several instalments to be paid in five years.
Francisco Trincão had been standing out for Braga for a while, and had been linked to several Premier League sides before attracting Barcelona’s interest.
