AS on Tuesday once again claims the Catalan club have maintained their interest in the Serie A star and further explains the Blaugrana are still keeping an eye on the player. However, he is no longer a priority for Ernesto Valverde’s side.

That’s because Barcelona’s priorities are finding a replacement for two of their current players – centre-back Samuel Umtiti and striker Luis Suárez.

Sport reported on Monday that PSV Eindhoven’s Donyell Malen is included on Abidal’s small list of striker targets and the belief is the Dutch side would be willing to sell the player.
