Besiktas have a Talisca plan, and it involves Wolves.

Of course it involves Wolves, it’s Talisca!

Turkish newspaper Milliyet report Besiktas may be coming up against a Roma ‘crisis’ over the Brazilian. The 24 year old has caught the eye of Roma’s transfer guru Monchi, and the Serie A side may be able to tempt both the player and Benfica, who own him.

Besiktas have a €21m option to make the move permanent this summer, but Talisca himself is tempted by brighter lights. That could work for the Turkish club if they pay €21m and then sell for more.

But Talisca has to agree for any of that to be possible.

Therefore, Milliyet say Besiktas are hoping for an ‘attractive proposal’ from Wolves, which make the player prefer that route and enable a profit.

This is an absolute mess, and if Wolves are involved at any level, and if they genuinely want the player they’ve been to for years, then they’re surely best going straight to Benfica, and making sure they’ve got Talisca’s will on their side.
