It’s that time of year when Premier League clubs find temporary homes for their excellent young talent. Getting experience at good clubs in good leagues is important to development and Arsenal’s Jon Toral is set to embark upon his third loan spell.

Previously at Brentford and Birmingham City, the Reus born footballer will next season be strutting his stuff for Granada. It’s quite a big story in Spain, with Granada being seen to have secured themselves something of a coup.

Marca run a feature on the move in their Thursday edition and quote Toral as saying it’s the biggest “challenge” of his career so far, and they say he believes it can open the door to a future at Arsenal.

Toral can play both through the middle and on either wing, and Marca explain it’s that versatility which will likely see him get games for Granada. He’s very keen not to waste the opportunity to get further experience and impress those watching at Arsenal.

The look on the move is positive, with Marca stating Toral fits Granada’s philosophy ‘like a glove’.
