Sandro Ramirez played the full match for Real Sociedad against Sevilla at the weekend, and once again failed to score.
The Everton owned player hasn’t scored for the Basque team since leaving on loan from Goodison Park in the summer window. He’s played in various attacking positions this season, and made eighteen appearances, but is yet to find the back of the net.
It was the same story at Sevilla for the second half of last season, with Sandro also on loan from Everton.
Marca say that’s the move the 23 year old really wanted, and he nearly went there instead of joining Everton in the first place. Instead, he then ‘dreamed’ that his loan to Sevilla would end in a quick permanent exit and a new brighter stage in his career.
He played eighteen matches for Sevilla and didn’t score once, so there was no chance of that much wanted permanent move, and the same will be the case with Real Sociedad unless things change very quickly.
Come the summer, Sandro will only have two years left on his Everton contract.
