Aston Villa and Tottenham are following Beşiktaş youngster Semih Kılıçsoy as he continues to impress in Turkey.
That’s according to journalist Gökmen Özcan, who says the Premier League duo, as well as Ajax and Borussia Dortmund, are all ‘following closely’ behind the 18-year-old.
Kılıçsoy made his debut for Beşiktaş in the Super Lig back in February 2023 aged just 17 years old and has not looked back since, establishing himself in the first-team squad and featuring in the Europa Conference League.
Aston Villa and Tottenham are among them, according to Özcan, who says both sides are among those who are following him closely.
Aston Villa’s interest is nothing new as various reports have named them as suitors since November, with it even claimed earlier this month that an official bid was being readied.
Tottenham are new into the list of admirers, but they are very much focused on signing young talent to develop under Ange Postecoglou moving forwards.
Whether Kılıçsoy gets added to that list moving forwards remains to be seen but they and Villa are very much keeping an eye on how the youngster develops moving forwards.
