According to a claim in the Austrian media, Aston Villa and Crystal Palace will tonight send scouts to the game between Austria and Sweden.
The two countries are set to meet in a friendly game in Vienna.
Laola1 report Aston Villa and Crystal Palace are on the scouting list for tonight’s game at the Generali Arena and they will joined by a number of clubs from across Europe, including Borussia Dortmund, Arsenal, Milan, Inter, Valencia, Leverkusen, Stuttgart, Wolfsburg, Freiburg, Augsburg, Frankfurt, Hanover, Empoli and Grasshoppers.
There are no reports who Aston Villa or Crystal Palace will be casting their eye on in Austria and this may just a general scouting trip for the two clubs.
With plenty of talent on show there could be a player that Aston Villa and Crystal Palace are tracking, especially given the Swedish team is well represented in England.
