Dusan Vlahovic and Arsenal continue to be a theme in the Italian media, and it continues to be made clear the player doesn’t want a move to the Gunners in the January window.

Initially, the slant was that the striker didn’t want to sign for the London club at all, however, that’s gradually changed to a stance that he doesn’t want to sign for anyone in the winer market.

Instead, Vlahovic would prefer to stay at Fiorentina until the end of the season. At that point he’ll go through the offers he hopes he’ll receive for a big move, and it’s not ruled out that he’d consider Arsenal at that point.

Regardless of all of that, Gazzetta dello Sport say the Premier League club have been trying ‘everything’ to get the Serbian to change his mind about a winter move.

That includes making ‘mind-boggling’ offers to Fiorentina, but it’s not the Serie A club who need convincing. They’d much rather sell their star to Arsenal than wait and give Juventus a chance at the deal.

As long as there are no ‘sensational and unpredictable shocks’, then Vlahovic will stay where he is until the summer.
