Last month, we relayed news from Italy that Arsenal ‘continue to be interested’ in AC Milan’s Suso.
On March 5th, Tutto Mercato Web reported the Gunners and Tottenham Hotspur are looking at the Spaniard and the Serie A club could sanction the winger’s sale, if an ‘intriguing’ offer reaches the Rossoneri’s office.
Sport Mediaset now once again talks about the Emirates outfit still looking at the former Liverpool man and it’s claimed emissaries from Arsenal ‘closely observed’ the 25-year-old last weekend.
Gennaro Gattuso’s side registered a 2-1 win during their trip to Chievo and Suso played for 84 minutes.
Milan also scouted Nice’s Allan Saint-Maximin in action against Marseille and the report claims there is a possibility the Frenchman could replace the wideman in the summer.
Sport Mediaset suggests that Milan view Suso as one of the players who can raise funds from his sale, and he’s valued at around €40m.
For the Italian side to achieve their goals, a lot will depend on whether they qualify for next season’s Champions League.
