Arsenal are one of the clubs interested in signing Lyon striker Moussa Dembele, according to claims from France.

Outlet Foot Mercato says the Gunners have been following the player, and suggest they will have scouts to watch the player in tonight’s Europa League clash against FC Porto.

Arsenal are said to be just one of the Premier League sides who have had officials watching Dembele, whose contract with Lyon expires in 2023.

The centre-forward has 10 goals and three assists in 23 appearances this season, and his form has been enough to draw the interest from several clubs, including Manchester United as well.

Porto and Lyon had a 1-1 draw in Portugal in the first leg. Now with the French side having a big chance of getting the qualification to the quarter-finals, they greatly rely on Moussa Dembele’s goals.

The striker is currently valued by Transfermarkt at 17m, although the final stretch of the season could certainly raise those numbers, especially in case those scouts are impressed with what they see tonight.
