Yesterday, it was reported Arsenal’s Oleksandr Zinchenko has been offered to Lazio, and there’s now more explaining what happened after that.
The information comes from TuttoJuve, who claim that it wasn’t just Lazio who were offered a chance to sign the Ukraine international. The versatile player was also proposed to Juventus and AC Milan.
The Turin club have not expressed any interest in signing the Arsenal player yet, with the 28-year-old’s profile not interesting enough for the Bianconeri’s new management.
As a result, no attempt has been made for Zinchenko despite the Gunners’ predicted low asking price for him.
Arsenal are said to want a fee between €10m and €15m for the Ukraine international, whose current deal at the Emirates Stadium runs out in the summer of 2026. Even if the fee is considered fair, no club has come forward for the left-back.
In the 2024/25 season, Zinchenko played only 15 times in the Premier League and also had his game time hindered by injuries.
Those injuries could be part of the reason he’s not receiving the level of interest which may have been expected otherwise.
