According to Turkish TV Channel ASpor, Besiktas are set to complete a season-long loan deal for Arsenal midfielder Mohamed Elneny.

The Egyptian midfielder is expected to leave the club this summer, and if these claims are correct he’s on his way to Turkey to join Besiktas.

The Turkish giants have been linked with couple of midfielders recently, such as Southampton’s Mario Lemina and Lille’s Thiago Maia, but it seems they’ve found their man in Elneny.

ASpor report the player is expected to arrive in Istanbul tomorrow to complete his move to the Black Eagles, and it’s reported he’ll join his new club on a season-long loan deal.

The 27-year-old seems surplus to requirements under Arsenal manager Unai Emery.

He’s yet to feature for the Gunners so far this campaign. with the Spanish tactician preferring other options he has available.

Elneny has three years left on his contract at the Emirates.
