Monday’s edition of Mundo Deportivo has a big article on the future of Ousmane Dembele.

There’s been many transfer rumours in recent weeks suggesting swap deals between Barcelona and Juventus, and it was just a matter of time before the Frenchman was dragged into the equation.

But it’s not only Turin which could provide a new home for Dembele. Mundo drag Arsenal and PSG into the picture, and partly do so because it’s explained the footballer is fond of visiting both London and Paris.

He has friends in both cities, has visited on multiple occasions for pleasure, and the idea is he would therefore be tempted by the prospect of living in either place.

It takes more than that for a transfer, and the Catalan newspaper states Arsenal ‘do not lose sight’ of signing the player, given they’ve been interested since his Borussia Dortmund days.

Should Gunners interest be genuine, they may be able to get themselves a favourable deal. Given Dembele’s fitness history and patchy form in recent years, a loan move could be possible.

That would give Arsenal a try-before-you-buy opportunity, and also allow the club to kick paying any big transfer fee down the road.
