Fotospor report Besiktas have been offered a chance to sign Arsenal midfielder Mohamed Elneny ahead of the summer transfer window.
Besiktas are looking to sign a defensive midfielder this summer, with veteran Atiba Hutchinson considering retirement at the end of the season.
Gary Medel is also expected to leave the Super Lig club so Elneny could be an option for the Black Eagles. Medel was linked with a move to West Ham United in the last window but could find himself in China this summer.
After arriving from Basel, Elneny has failed to nail down a regular starting spot in the Arsenal team and has only played 153 minutes of Premier League football this season under Unai Emery.
The 26 year old is under contract at the Emirates until June 2022.
