When a 19-year-old left-winger starts scoring a goal every 82 minutes, big clubs start to be mentioned next to his name, and Hassan Bandé is no different.
The Burkina Faso international, who picked up his first cap a few days ago, has been mightily impressive since arriving at KV Mechelen from his home country in the summer, scoring nine goals in 11 games so far this season.
Arsenal were already said to be interested last week, and now joining the Gunners are Manchester United.
In fact, both clubs will travel to Belgium on Friday evening to watch Bandé at work as Mechelen face second placed Charleroi, which should be a good test for the youngster.
If you thought Manchester United and Arsenal were the only ones with an eye on him, however, you were wrong.
No fewer than 27 teams, including the two Premier League giants, are said to be sending scouts, according to Het Nieuwsblad, and there’s a good chance at least 75% of them will be there for Bandé.
