Hector Bellerin is awaiting permission from La Liga so he can complete a deadline day move from Arsenal to Real Betis.
That’s according to MARCA, who say that Bellerin has a ‘full agreement’ with Los Verdiblancos and has already passed his medical on London.
The latter of those has been reported in England but confirmed by sources close to the operation by the Spanish newspaper, who say La Liga need to give approval for the move from Arsenal to happen.
At Betis, they are working to find a formula that will allow Bellerin’s arrival to fit within their spending limit, which they have practically filled up with their latest signings.
They now need to secure more exits, but one name, and big earner that had been linked with a move away, William Carvalho, will be staying.
That means those in charge at the Benito Villamarin need to find other formulas to open up space and thus be able to give the okay for Bellerin to arrive.
He’s left waiting for that to happen, with an agreement with Arsenal and a medical already sorted and the deal only needing to be rubber-stamped.
