AS Monaco young forward Nabil Alioui scored twice for France in two appearances at the 2018 European Under-19 championship that took place in Finland last month.

He has also represented the Ligue 1 outfit in the UEFA Youth League in the past two seasons, scoring five goals in 11 appearances. His form for club and country and has not gone unnoticed.

Belgian newspaper Het Laatste Nieuws claims Premier League clubs Arsenal and Manchester City are interested in signing the 19-year-old.

Monaco, on the other hand, want to tie down the teenager to a new deal and then allow him to join Belgian outfit Cercle Brugge on loan, but the Belgian First Division B club still aren’t entirely sure if Alioui will join them or pick one of Arsenal or City.

Should he join either of the two English clubs, he is unlikely to be included in the first team for the next season.
