Nikola Kalinic’s future at Fiorentina may have some interesting developments before the next summer, with Arsenal and Leicester City now linked with the player. Frequently linked to several European clubs, the striker keeps impressing with a record of 19 goals scored this season so far.

Italian newspaper Tuttosport has an article today saying the player’s agent will be sitting with Fiorentina in the next week, and the intentions from both sides will be discussed.

Kalinic has a €50m release clause, and in case of signing a new contract, Fiorentina will not change this figure for less. However, it’s believed that an offer of at least €30m should be enough to convince La Viola to sell the 29-year-old.

When speaking of the interested sides, Tuttosport mention Schalke 04, Borussia Dortmund, Arsenal and Leicester City.

CapturarIt’s worth recalling that the player has previously been linked to Chelsea, Everton, West Ham and several other Premier League sides earlier this season.

Arsenal interest would be surprising, with Arsene Wenger expected to go for more high profile targets, and Craig Shakespeare already has a variety of options at Leicester City.
