He ended up at RB Leipzig, where he has developed into a very efficient player, which has attracted the attention of a number of clubs, including Arsenal.
The Gunners were linked with him throughout 2021, and continue to ‘keeping an attentive eye’ on him in 2022, according to RMC Sport.
Arsenal aren’t the only ones, though, with Juventus, perhaps in case Paulo Dybala leaves, and Real Madrid also said to be on the lookout.
RB Leipzig, however, know full well of the talent they have on their hands, and RMC Sport explain they ‘have no intention of letting him leave’ during the next transfer market.
The same applies to Dani Olmo and André Silva, which was explained in detail by their general director, Oliver Mintzlaff, meaning Arsenal, if they do actually want to stand a chance at getting Nkunku this summer, will need to put a hell of a lot of money on the table.
