It isn’t a secret that Arsenal director Edu Gaspar has been visiting a few Brazilian clubs in the past week.
The Gunners chief has been showing on Instagram that he’s been holding meetings at Brazilian side’s facilities, with the local media giving big coverage to it.
Now as Gaspar visited Fluminense, club-dedicated channel Hora do Flu shares a story claiming Arsenal are interested in two players from the Rio de Janeiro club.
One of them is André, who’s been standing out this season and has been previously linked to other Premier League sides.
With Liverpool said to be in advanced talks for the midfielder, it’s said Arsenal want to get in that race and beat the competition.
The Gunners are salso said to be keen on a Fluminense youngster, which is Kauã Elias. The 17-year-old is known for being a very promising player, as despite having just one appearance for the first team, he’s been doing great for the U-17 national team.
There’s not a great deal of information on how much Arsenal would like to pay for those players. Still, it’d be no surprise if Gaspar’s visit involves chats about about potential signings.
