It’s with much certainty that Argentine outlet TyC claims Pablo Zabaleta is really leaving Manchester City to join West Ham United at the end of the season.

In a short story published last night, the website recalls the fullback’s nine-year career at the Manchester club, where his contract expires this summer.

Then they say Zabaleta will be moving to London to play for the Hammers, where he won’t be the only Argentine player, as there will be Manuel Lanzini and Jonathan Calleri as teammates to welcome him.

TyC doesn’t seem to know the length of the contract or any other details about the transfer, but they don’t credit anyone else, and are a very big media outlet in Argentina.

In the past few days, the English media has been saying the deal is very close after a contract was offered by the Hammers, but this has taken things to a new level.
