Everton would approve a deal for Moise Kean to leave Juventus and join Paris Saint Germain this summer.
That’s according to Calciomercato, who Juventus are trying to work out a deal to get rid of the Italian just a year into his loan deal from Goodison Park.
Kean returned to his former club last summer on a two-year loan deal from Everton that includes various payments.
This year the Serie A giants paid €3m, and another €4m is due next year before they have to pay €28m at the end of the season and make the move a permanent one.
That is something they don’t want to do, with CM explaining that they would prefer to sign Giacomo Raspadori in the summer.
To do so, they first have to deal with Kean, who ‘wants to leave’ after an unsuccessful return to Turin, and Juventus are happy to let that happen.
The issue is the ‘binding agreement’ with Everton, which has little wiggle room because of the obligatory payment of €28m at the end of next season.
‘A way out is needed’, and that could come in the form of PSG, who remain fans of Kean after his successful loan spell there last season.
The suggestion is that they could reach an agreement with Juventus over a transfer that would presumably see Juventus pay the fee for Kean and then sell him on to the Ligue 1 side.
Whatever the idea, it’s made clear that it has been ‘approved by Everton’, who are seemingly happy to go along with whatever idea Juventus can cook up.
The Italians have been thinking about the situation ‘for some time’ along with Mino Raiola, and the plan is to work something out with the Toffees for the summer transfer window that completely satisfies all parties.
