Ruben Amorim will be joined by several of his Sporting Club de Portugal staff this week when his move to Manchester United is completely finalised.
That’s according to O Jogo, who say several of Amorim’s current Sporting backroom staff will be joining him at Old Trafford.
Amorim has arrived at Manchester United this week after the deal was finalised for him two weeks ago, with today seeing him taking a tour of Carrington as he waits for work permits to be approved so he can get underway properly.
O Jogo say he will be joined at United by Sporting analyst Eduardo Rosalino, who will following the 39-year-old alongside Emanuel Ferro, Adélio Cândido, Carlos Fernandes, Jorge Vital and Paulo Barreira.
The newspaper’s focus is on Rosalio, who has been at Sporting since 2013/14 when he arrived an analyst for the B Team.
He started working for the senior team a year later and has remained in the position ever since but will now be bringing that to an end as he heads to Manchester United to continue working alongside Amorim after their successes together in Portugal.
