Vladimir Coufal is set to leave West Ham United this summer, with Everton and Fulham possible destinations for him.
That’s according to Infotbal.cz, who report that it is more likely that the 32-year-old will change clubs this summer rather than sign a new contract with West Ham.
His current deal with West Ham expires in the summer and he is yet o agree to an extension, although another round of negotiations are still to take place.
“All options are still open, but he will most likely head for a new engagement,” a source for the website, who has a ‘great overview’ of what is happening told them.
If he does leave the London Stadium, there is a possibility that Coufal will remain in the Premier League.
Fulham became ‘intensely interested’ in the defender and even sent an offer on the final day of the January transfer window, but West ham rejected it.
There has also been speculation in England about Everton, who have been looking for a right-back for a while. David Moyes knows Coufal well after working with him in London and could look for a reunion, particularly on a free transfer.
A move outside of England has not been ruled out by the player and his entourage either, with interest from various leagues in Europe too.
It’ll all depend on those final talks with the Hammers, but Everton and Fulham are wating in the wings if they don’t work out.
