According to Snda.gr, Olympiacos have informed Jorge Mendes they won’t be keeping his client Roderick Miranda for next season.
We recently covered reports from Greece that Olympiacos will part ways with the Wolverhampton Wanderers player in the coming weeks, when his loan spell ends.
Along with Miranda, the Greek giants will also part ways with Gil Dias, who spent the first half of the season on loan with Nottingham Forest, before joining Olympiacos on a temporary basis.
Miranda will now return to Wolves, but his future is likely to be elsewhere. It seems unlikely he’s in the plans of Nuno Espirito Santo and subsequently he’ll need to find a new club in this transfer window.
The Portuguese defender only played only eight league games for the Greek side last season, making one assist.
The 28 year old joined Wolves from Rio Ave during the 2017 summer window for €3m, and is under contract at Molineux until June 2021.
