Following reports Norwich City scouts are following Olympiacos midfielder Kostas Fortounis, Greek website Sdna.Gr claims the player’s agent Paul Koutsoliakos has travelled to England to discuss a transfer with an unnamed club.
It’s reported Norwich City were present during Olympiacos’ game against Atromitos at the start of the month and Sdna say Fortounis’ agent is now pushing for a transfer.
According to Sdna, Koutsoliakos is looking to bring an offer to Olympiacos which the Greek club can’t refuse. Along with Norwich City, AS Roma and Fenerbahce are also interested in signing the player.
With Norwich City in a commanding position to get promotion to the Premier League, it seems the Canaries have already started planning for next season.
Fortounis has been in impressive form for Olympiacos this season, scoring 15 goals and providing 15 assists in all competitions.
The Olympiacos captain is under contract with his club until June 2020.
