The agent of Watford forward Stefano Okaka has told the Italian media his client is now feeling positive about his future at the club. Okaka signed for Watford in the summer transfer window, but has struggled to get games since his arrival in England.

Speaking to TMW, Charles Okaka was asked about the forward’s situation at Watford, and his relationship with Walter Mazzarri. The agent said despite the lack of games, the 27 year old has recently been able to contribute to the team. Okaka believes this has been helped by his client’s good relationship with the Watford manager.

“Positive, for the little amount of time he’s taken to the pitch. He scored two goals at Everton, including an assist for Deeney on Saturday. He has a wonderful relationship with Mazzarri. We trust him a lot. He has great respect for the man and the coach’s work,” said the agent of the Watford star.

Okaka joined Watford on a five-year deal from Anderlecht in the summer, but has played just ten league games this season. However, with Odion Ighalo heading to China in the last window the Italian should now start to get playing time under Mazzarri.
