The agent of Stoke City midfielder Babou Ndiaye has told the Turkish media his client’s future will be clearer next week.

Ndiaye has been linked with a return to Galatasaray this summer just months after joining Stoke City from the Turkish giants.

Speaking to Ajansspor, William D’Avfilla was quizzed bout the future of Ndiaye and a possible return to Istanbul: “My player is currently concentrating on the World Cup. About the situation with Galatasaray I can answer the question next week. Then I can speak more clearly.”

Earlier this month we covered reports from Turkey that Galatasaray manager Faith Terim has given the green light for the club to sign the Stoke City player in this transfer window. Terim had a brief spell managing the Senegal international before his move to England.

Ndiaye joined Stoke City from Galatasaray for €16m and just six months after joining the English side he may return to Turkey. It’s claimed the Turkish giants will look for a loan deal, as is usually the case.

His agent recently confirmed the midfielder would be moving on this summer following Stoke City’s relegation to the Championship. There have also been reports of interest from Spain.
