Federico Chiesa wasn’t part of Liverpool’s squad for their recent Premier League game against Aston Villa.
His exclusions have now become a habit and that is becoming a concern in Italy, with the winger having played only once in the Premier League so far.
While it was suggested some days ago that the player will not depart Liverpool in January, the story is something of a rollercoaster.
InterLive today state that Chiesa’s frustrating situation is already acting on the mind of his agent Fali Ramadani, who has offered his client to both Inter Milan and AS Roma.
If things keep going the way they are, he could be offered around again, but a lot of that depends on his he feels about his situation.
Inter’s move has been refuted in the past but the feeling is that it is ‘not over’ yet. If Tajon Buchanan doesn’t impress for the club in the next two weeks and Liverpool open up to a loan deal, the Nerazzurri will attempt a move.
That would have an option to buy of around €12-13m. For now, Inter are waiting to see how the situation evolves. Regardless, Beppe Marotta will seek an approval from Inter’s Oaktree ownership to potentially secure a move.
