As Chelsea continue to be linked to Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic, we get to see fresh claims from the Italian media on those rumours today.
They come from agent Massimo Brambati, who on TMW Radio, spoke about the plans that Serie A clubs have this summer.
The representative brought some details about the race for Vlahovic, claiming Chelsea are just one of the clubs who are set to compete for the striker.
“There are three teams that showed up. In my opinion, Juve will take these offers seriously. All of them have an important profile, because they’re Chelsea, Bayern Munich and Atletico Madrid.
“I don’t know if the capital gain will be made, but after a year and a half of Vlahovic they’ve already amortised a year’s gross salary and a good part of the amount invested too.”
Juventus spent over €80m to sign Vlahovic from Fiorentina last year. The striker has 14 goals and four assists in 41 appearances for the Old Lady, and his unimpressive season is why they’re trying to at least recover most of that money.
Earlier this week, we covered French journalist Rudy Galetti claiming Chelsea actually have three targets for the centre-forward position. Besides Vlahovic, it was said that Napoli’s Victor Osimhen and Eintracht Frankfurt’s Randal Kolo Muani are one the list.
Vlahovic seems to be the one whose club actually want to sell, so he may be the cheapest in that list, with the Blues also finding some room for a potential bargain.
