Eintracht Frankfurt forward Ante Rebic’s agent Fali Ramadani travelled to Germany from Milan on Thursday.
According to Italian journalist Alfredo Pedulla, the 24-year-old’s displays for the Bundesliga outfit and Croatia at the 2018 World Cup haven’t gone unnoticed.
Eintracht Frankfurt, who signed the player from Fiorentina this year, value their player between €40m and €50m. The Italian club will get 30 percent of the transfer fee from the future sale of Rebic.
Earlier this month, Sport Bild and 24Sata reported interest from Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur, Arsenal and Napoli in signing Rebic. Sport Bild also mentioned the player would be best suited for Bayern Munich.
Alfredo Pedulla claims an exclusive saying the Bavarians have now ‘come out in the open’ in the past few hours and ‘want to overtake’ Manchester United for the World Cup finalist.
The Croatian international has already played under new Bayern Munich manager Niko Kovac, when the latter was in charge of Eintracht Frankfurt. If Rebic moves to the Allianz Arena, he will help reunite with his former coach.
In reality, this isn’t new as such, Bayern Munich interest has been reported previously. There’s every chance Ramadani is trying to drum up interest and get a big move thanks to the World Cup.
