The agency of Leeds United forward Pawel Cibicki have come under scrutiny in the Swedish media, and in particular the player’s agent Nochi Hamasor.
The Sweden international signed for Leeds United in the last transfer window from Malmo.
Expressen have reported on a documentary aired by TV4 this week, which has looked into the practises of Nordicon Sports Management. There is a feeling in Swedish football the agency is gaining too much power, with concerns they are offering players gifts to join up with them.
TV4 also concentrates on unlicensed agents currently working in Sweden with Cibicki’s being one of those highlighted by the documentary.
Hamasor only became the 23 year old’s representative in May, a few months before his move to Leeds United, and there are suggestions Nordicon are hijacking young players just before they join a new club.
Cibicki was one of a number new of attacking players to arrive at Elland Road in the summer, and the youngster recently made his full debut for the club against Burnley.
The Swede joined the Championship side towards the end of the last window for a fee in the region of 20m Krona (around £1.9m).
