AC Milan are reportedly making some important steps for the signing of Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini.

Italian website Calcio Mercato has been bringing constant updates on the situation, and they even big up themselves for it today.

This time, they claim that the next couple of days should be very important for Milan in the chase, as they continue negotiating to sign the Belgian international as a free agent.

The outlet writes that there’s been an ‘acceleration’ in the process and a decision could be found soon, as the club offer Fellaini a deal of one to three years. That goes against the Belgian claims of three years, and nothing else.

As the player’s contract with Manchester United is expiring this summer, the Rossoneri are obviously negotiating directly with the agents, only needing a ‘yes’ to get the deal done.

Milan just can’t get too optimistic because there are several sides interested in the midfielder. As the website had already reported this Monday, there’s Serie A competition from Inter Milan and Roma.

In Turkey, Besiktas, Fenerbahce and Galatasaray are all said to be interested as well.
