Chelsea scouts were among the long list of clubs representatives who attended to Porto’s Champions League match on Wednesday night, according to A Bola.

The spies have reportedly watched the Dragons’ 1-0 win over Club Brugge, which keeps them in the qualification zone for the knock-out stages.
