Ajansspor claim Fenebahce could be prepared to sell Oguz Kaan Guctekin for €10m, to raise funds for possible transfers in the next window.
This week we covered reports from the Turkish press that Manchester City tabled a bid for the 18 year old in the last window, which was rejected.
Oguz Kaan is seen in Turkey as one of the best midfield prospects of his generation, and Fenerbahce president Aziz Yildirim this week said he rejected a €5m offer from Manchester City last summer.
Fenerbahce are being linked with the likes of Luciano Narsingh, Luke Shaw and Lucas Lima, but first they must sell because of FFP.
This could give Manchester City another opportunity to sign Oguz Kaan, but the Premier League leaders would have to double their initial offer.
However, Manchester City would have to act quickly to land the young midfielder, with claims FC Porto are also taking an interest in the player.
