Bournemouth defender Max Aarons has arrived in Valencia ahead of his proposed transfer to the La Liga giants.
The 25-year-old has been linked with a move to Valencia in the past week after finding his chances limited with Bournemouth this season.
AS today report Aarons landed at Valencia airport last night and will undergo a medical this morning. Valencia have been keen to bring in an experienced right back in this window due to injury and poor form in this position.
The Spanish side have been targeting other players, but it now seems the Bournemouth man will be the right back they sign.
Earlier this week it was reported they will sign Aarons on loan until the end of the season, with no indication they will make this permanent in the summer. Valencia were previously linked with the player in 2020 when he was at Norwich City.
Aarons has made just three appearances for Bournemouth this season, all coming in the Premier League. However, he did make his first start of the campaign during the Christmas period.
