Che Adams is determined to make history by scoring, and beating, Juventus with Torino as his move from Southampton in the summer goes from strength to strength.

That’s at least according to Tuttosport, who cover the Scottish striker and how he’s impressed everyone at Torino since arriving from Southampton in the summer.

The 28-year-old made the surprise move to Italy in July, joining Torino on a free transfer after his contract at Southampton, where he had been since 2019, came to an end.

He’s been enjoying himself since, with five goals and two assists in 18 games in Serie A to date a good return for the striker so far.

He’s been making headlines, particularly after scoring from the halfway line in the win over Empoli midway through December.

That was one big moment in what is becoming a happy period at Torino, where he is the top goal scorer, the ‘jewel’ in their crown and winning fans and admirers a plenty.

Manager Paolo Vanoli is certainly a fan, with Tuttosport saying he ‘appreciates him a lot’ even when asked for more decisiveness in front of goal. He admires Adam’s ‘spirit of sacrifice’ and his predisposition to put himself at the service of his coach.

He is also appreciate of the striker’s attitude when he’s been a substitute, with the striker taking that on the chin and ‘without ever losing heart’. IN other words, he thinks his attitude is spot on.

He’s now an ‘immovable starter’ and looking to make history against Juventus in the derby after missing the last clash with them through injury with another goal.

And it wouldn’t have to be a ‘science fiction’ one either, but it would mean his name ‘will become legend’ as his decision to move from Southampton in the summer continues to pay off.
