Last night, Gianluca di Marzio had reported that AC Milan have made an initial loan and option to buy offer for Manchester United’s Marcus Rashford.
The journalist stated that the offer was made to the entourage of the Englishman and the Red Devils were yet to respond. Reports in the UK suggested that the forward’s entourage is in Milan for talks with the Rossoneri.
Tuttomercatoweb have provided an update on Radhford’s situation today.
They state that the 27-year-old’s brother-agent Dane Rashford is in Milan and will meet with representatives from Sergio Conceicao’s side ‘in the next few hours’.
Galatasaray have asked for information about the Red Devils star and Borussia Dortmund are also firmly in the race. Other clubs have also been in contact.
Dane Rashford is currently all ears to Milan’s offer and the outlet believes that the wage demands of the player will be affordable for the Rossoneri.
They would have to pay about €6m to €7m until the end of the season, amidst the indication that Manchester United will be happy to pay a percentage of Rashford’s salary.
Milan see the Manchester United graduate as an ‘opportunity’ to bolster their attack, with Noah Okafor likely to make way for the Englishman.
