Before picking up an injury in November, Guglielmo Vicario was a vital player for Tottenham Hotspur.

Vicario has risen in stature at Tottenham since his arrival from Empoli in 2023 and has also become a leader-like figure for the club.

His rise has now attracted attention from other clubs, with InterLive reporting that Inter Milan are interested in the goalkeeper. The outlet believe that the Nerazzurri could set up a deal for next summer.

The move for Vicario could also be linked to two Inter players – Yann Bisseck and Davide Frattesi, who interest Tottenham. Postecoglou’s side could be ready to offer £35m for the midfielder and about £28m for the German defender.

The total figure of €77m is something that would interest Inter Milan a lot. As a result, a ‘really hot’ axis is emerging between the two clubs and it could come to prominence in the next few months.

This feels like Inter’s local media plucking out a dream scenario for the club and then trying to report it into reality.
