Senior Marca journalist Jose Felix Diaz now reports the 32-year-old’s situation at Anfield has completely changed, with Liverpool’s directors having approached the player and made firm progress.
It is suggested that they have ‘seduced’ Salah, who is now close to staying at Anfield. Diaz reports there’s optimism and the renewal could be made official ‘before the end of the year’.
For Jose Felix Diaz to report on this would heavily suggest he’s heard some information either at a club, agent or intermediary level.
For Liverpool supporters, securing Mohamed Salah’s future would certainly be a great way to enter 2025, and they’ll hope Marca’s senior journalist is correct on this one.
