Lazio’s Luca Pellegrini is on West Ham United and Aston Villa’s transfer agenda, according to a report from Italy.
The Serie A side took the 25-year-old from Juventus on loan with an obligation to buy last summer.
According to La Repubblica, relayed by La Lazio Siamo Noi, the left-back’s situation needs to be monitored because of interest from West Ham and Aston Villa.
Pellegrini wasn’t favoured by Maurizio Sarri and Igor Tudor last season, restricting him to less than 1,100 minutes from 26 games. This hasn’t put off West Ham, Aston Villa and Real Betis as they are all interested in his profile.
It’s further claimed these three clubs have carried out surveys, so made contact with the Biancocelesti.
The report adds Lazio have sent back requests made by the Hammers, Unai Emery’s side and Real Betis for the fullback. The Italian club have appointed Marco Baroni as their new manager and Pellegrini is expected to be included in his plans.
