Last summer, Leeds United, Blackburn Rovers and Norwich City had all shown interest in Royal Antwerp’s Mandela Keita, but no deal took shape.
The Championship trio are still in the picture to sign the 21-year-old, if a report from Het Nieuwsblad is to be believed.
It’s claimed the midfielder is ‘hot’, especially in England, where Leeds, Blackburn Rovers and Norwich City are still following him.
Keita has managed three goals and three assists this season, and his performances have caught the attention of Leeds United, Blackburn Rovers and Norwich City. The three clubs could be given another shot at signing the player in the next window.
It’s claimed the Jupiler Pro League side are aiming to cash in from his sale while the Belgian also ‘wants to make a move’.
Leeds will face Norwich City in the Championship play-offs and if one of them were to be promoted to the Premier League, it may improve one of their chances of securing Keita’s services.
