Danish newspaper Ekstra Bladet go ever slightly over the top on Thursday by declaring Nottingham Forest’s Nicklas Bendtner has ‘three months to save his career’.
Ekstra Bladet explain how things have turned against Bendtner at Nottingham Forest, with the club preferring to look at developing young players.
The winter window signings also haven’t helped Bendtner in his quest, and he’s in danger of becoming frozen out.
Ekstra Bladet contacted the player’s agent for comment, he unsurprisingly didn’t offer a comment.
The prospect of moving to either Russia or China is still open, but Ekstra Bladet believe Bendtner is determined to fight back at Nottingham Forest, and prove himself a success.
