Things are happening quickly on Monday evening for Leicester City and the signing of Molla Wague.
Not so long ago we covered claims from TMW that Wague is flying to England with a Leicester City transfer on the horizon.
Now the more reliable Gazzetta dello Sport have a few more details. It’s claimed by the Italian newspaper that Leicester City have agreed a deal with Udinese for the transfer of Wague, with Gazzetta saying: ‘It’s all done’
The transfer will initially be for a loan until the end of the current season, and Gazzetta add that Leicester City have a right of redemption, which means the club have a clause to buy Wague for a certain fee.
A potential fee hasn’t yet been reported by Gazzetta but it’s likely claims on this will emerge over the next few hours or days. Udinese will want to show to their fans they’ve got a good deal for the central defender.
