Besiktas are still chasing Leicester City’s Argentine forward Leo Ulloa report Turkish newspaper Fanatik.
Leicester City have already rejected an offer from Spanish side Alaves which was reported to be in the region of £1.3m. Fanatik claim since this offer was turned down by the Premier League champions, Besiktas are now one of the likeliest destinations for the Leicester City player.
Besiktas are also chasing Jackson Martinez and former Chelsea striker Demba Ba, with the latter arriving in Istanbul in the coming days for a medical.
Ba suffered a broken ankle last season whilst playing for Shangai Shenhua and Besiktas want a detailed medical report. If Ba passes his medical he will become a Besiktas player, but if he fails then they will turn their full attention to Ulloa.
Besiktas have made an offer for Ulloa and they’re waiting for Leicester City’s response. The 29-year old joined Leicester City from Brighton for a fee around €9m back in 2014, but this season he’s struggled to get playing time.
However, Leicester City boss Claudio Ranieri is keen to keep hold of the South American at least until the summer.
