Chinese side Changchun Yatai have tabled a bid for Hull City forward Abel Hernandez, according to claims in the Italian media. The Hull City star has been linked with a move away from the Premier League club in this window after finding his chances limited this season.
TMW have reported Changchun Yatai are serious about signing the Hull City player, and have put in a bid of €10m to land the Uruguay international.
The Chinese club have given Hull City 48 hours to make a decision over whether they and Hernandez would be interested in the move. However, it’s been revealed any possible deal will be complicated to complete, but Changchun Yatai are still keen to get it done.
Hernandez joined Hull City for €10m in 2014 in a club record deal. The South American was a key player in their promotion back to the Premier League last season, but has struggled to hold a place down in the starting line up this campaign.
Hernandez has played 12 Premier League games this season, scoring 3 goals.
